I had to order it online because most stores, including the Fisher Price online store, no longer carry the product. He loves it and it seems to work great now. However, when we first got it we were very dissapointed as the upgrades and patch software I had to call and get from Fisher Price took several days to fix the player so he could even use it. The headphones are not kid tough or kid friendly. The foam covers that go over the speakers in the headphones come off very easily and will not go back on, you must replace the headphones!
